The Pilgrim name has been closely associated with professional management for many decades throughout the western suburbs. Pilgrim Management Company has a long history of quality management for apartment owners, homeowners, townhouse and condominium associations alike. PMC currently manages 51 properties (over 1400 units) in the following locations: Oak Park Riverside N.W. Chicago River Forest Brookfield River Grove Forest Park   Elmwood Park The firm is a member of both Community Associations Institute (CAI) and the Association of Condominium, Townhouse, and Homeowners Associations (ACTHA).
